The development work

Utility installation was completed by Roach Construction .

Water and sewer main installation for Phase 1

Installation of electric, phone, cable and natural gas service for phase 1.

 

 

 

 

 

Roadway base was prepared by Roach Construction and the curb work was completed by Eisinger Construction. HERCO Inc. completed the paving of phase 1 of the subdivision.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tthe electrical service was connected and the street lights were installed.
